Terms and conditions of sale
1. General
These terms and conditions of sale govern the commercial relationship between Can'nX and its customers (the Customer).
2. Orders
The Customer may place an order with Can'nX by any convenient means, including post, telephone or email. All orders must specify the product references, quantities and the Customer's full contact details: first name, last name, address, telephone number and email address.
Can'nX reserves the right to refuse an order if products are unavailable, if the Customer has previously failed to pay, or for any other legitimate reason.
3. Prices and payment
Prices quoted by Can'nX are in euros and include all taxes, excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are invoiced separately and shown to the Customer before the order is confirmed.
Payment is due when the order is placed. The Customer may pay by bank card, cheque or bank transfer.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary according to product availability. Can'nX cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or any other external cause.
5. Claims and returns
The Customer has 7 days from receipt of the products to submit a claim or request a return. Returned products must be in their original condition, complete and accompanied by their original packaging.
6. Warranties and liability
Can'nX guarantees that the products sold correspond to the description on its website and are free from hidden defects.
Can'nX cannot be held responsible for indirect loss suffered by the Customer as a result of using the products sold.
7. Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, drawings, designs, images and other elements on the Can'nX website are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or used without written authorisation from Can'nX.
8. Personal data protection
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer's personal data collected by Can'nX is used exclusively for the commercial relationship between Can'nX and the Customer.
The Customer has the right to access, correct and delete their personal data. These rights may be exercised by writing to Can'nX at the address shown on the website.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or performance will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
