Shipping your parcel
Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via La Poste with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it involves additional charges. Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping fees include handling, packing and postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each order. Your parcel is dispatched at your own risk, but particular care is taken with fragile items.
Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are well protected.
